=== Looe Holiday Cottages ===
Looking for a holiday to remember in the south-west of England? Our Looe holiday cottages are the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend on the coast. This beautiful harbour quay town has plenty on offer for the whole family, from exploring the harbour and its many beautiful boats to the West and East Looe beaches which are popular with tourists and locals alike. As the tide comes in and out, the harbour scene is in constant flux and it can be great to just sit there watching the boats bob in and out of view for an entire day. Looe’s famous banjo pier is also a popular point of interest and makes for a great walk if you want to get some fresh air. In addition to this, holiday cottages in Looe make great starting points to discover looe Island. Lying just off the coast you can even walk there once a year when the tide reaches its lowest point. The original name of the island is actually St George’s Island and it used to house a monastic community in mediaeval times. However, in 1965 two sisters acquired the house and it remains in their family to this day. Although Looe Island currently holds no holiday cottages, Looe itself is home to some of the nicest in Cornwall. The town is also perfectly situated for trips to the likes of the Eden Project and there's plenty of things to do in St Austell if you can somehow manage to remove yourself from the beach for a while. Take a look at our great selection of Looe holiday cottages and get the ball rolling for your visit to Cornwall.
