Holiday flat on first floor of a semi detached house. The flat offers about 60 sq m. One living rooms, two bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom. A garden fulfills this apartment offer which is available for up to 4 guests.

The garden offers garden furniture and a beach chair. The garden is co-used together with our guests from the bungalow which lies in the back of the property. There is no parking space belonging to the apartment. But there is always (exceptions prove the rule) a place found on the road in front of the house.

Some renovations were done in 2009 and 2010. The garden is half fenced and half grown with a hedge. Dogs are welcome as long as they behave (not gnawing at furniture etc) and are house trained. Smoking is slightly allowed. But only while the windows are kept open. Wireless-LAN is available and costs 10 €.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the semi detached house. Entering the apartment there is the main bedroom to the left. A twin bed, a big wardrobe and a day bed belong to that room. Going along the hall, there is the kitchen with everything going needed for a pleasant stay. An electric stove/oven, a ceramic glass cooktop, a microwave, a coffee machine, a water boiler, a dishwasher and a fridge - freezer combination and also a small dinette. Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. At the gable end there is the bright and comfortable living room. A cosy couch, an armchair, a dinette, Tv, dvd player are provided here. In the middle of the hall there is a stairway leading into the second floor where the second bedroom with 2 single beds is.

At will, laundry packages can be booked. Per package (two big and two small towels, a bath mat and one double sheet) costs 18,50€. If needed, there is a baby bed and a baby seat available. Just let us know.

The house is located in the north of Westerland. Quiet, though close to the beach entrance "Seenot" - only a 5 minutes walk. In a 12 minutes walk there is the city center of Westerland. Here are a lot of restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops and cafés. Shops of the every day live are within easy reach of the holiday flat. At the end of the road there is a small forest where not only dogs would feel at ease.
