Wunderbare Wohnung mit Blick in den Garten. Leider muß das Zimmerlicht frühzeitig eingeschaltet werden, da durch die Balkone in den oberen Etagen Tageslicht fehlt. Ist eine Gewöhnungssache. Wir haben direkt für das kommende Jahr wieder diese Wohnung gemietet.
Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel von Westerland und innerhalb von 3-5 Gehminuten ist man im Trubel = Einkaufsstrasse.

Immer wieder gerne, sehr gute Lage. Auto kann in der Garage bleiben, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Waren bereits öfter in der Wohnung. Bettdecken leider sehr schwer, eine Sommerdecke wäre super.

Wir waren das 1. mal in diesem Haus, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist Top, die Einrichtung bietet alles was man benötigt.
Ideal für 2 Personen. Immer wieder gerne
Matratzen und Kopfkissen sind in die Jahre gekommen, Garterngarnitur ist leider bereits verrostet, ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft und wir waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung hat für uns eine ideale Lage und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Das Handtuchpaket beinhaltet ausreichend kuschlige Handtücher und in den Betten schläft es sich sehr gut. Auch die große Dusche mit Fußbodenheizung soll nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Alles in allem eine runde Sache und bestimmt kommen wir wieder :-)

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohn-/Essbereich mit komplett ausgestatteter Küchenzeile und liegt sehr zentral zur Fußgängerzone. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und lässt nichts vermissen.
Die Matratzen und das Bettzeug sind hochwertig und haben für einen sehr guten Schlaf gesorgt. Das Bad ist geräumig und verfügt über eine ebene große Dusche und Fußbodenheizung.
Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch den Tiefgaragenstellplatz.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist super, nah zur City und nah zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat eine Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht in den großen Garten.

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene, gut ausgestattete und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Strand und Fußgängerzone sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne großzügige gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Perfekte Lage -mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Würden wir sehr gerne wieder buchen.Tiefgaragenplatz für größere Fahrzeuge ungünstig und bei voller Auslastung ist das Ausparken schwierig.

Gute Lage und gute Wohnung. Leider durch die Treppen zum Aufzug für ZUgfahrer mit Gepäck etwas bbeschwerlich.Eine zweite Kanne (Für Tee) wäre schön gewesen ansonsten guter Service (Sauberkeit, Handtüccher etc).

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind in der Wohnung, kein Platzmangel. Die Lage perfekt und sehr Zentral. Diese Wohnung würden wir immer wieder buchen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
