The large garden with its 1000m² is at your disposal for your exclusive use. With its consistent southern orientation and plenty of terrace space, you can already enjoy breakfast in the sun and experience breathtaking sunsets in the in-house beach chair. In total you will find space on 3 sheltered terraces, all with south orientation and sea views. All garden furniture is made of high quality and sustainably grown teak. There is also a parking space on the property and enough space for bicycles or water sports equipment.

Equipped with every comfort, our house offers you free fiber optic WiFi, satellite TV, a digital music system and, of course, a washing machine and an extra guest toilet. For a restful sleep, our bedrooms are equipped with high-quality feel-good mattresses.

You are greeted by a large, open-topped entrance hall. From here you can reach all amenities and rooms at ground level.

On request, we can provide children's chairs free of charge. Iron and ironing board are also included.

Located on the south-western tip of Föhr, in the small village of Hedehusum, our house boasts a very sunny, quiet location with a view of the Godel-Niederung nature reserve and the North Sea. Hedehusum is a suburb of Utersum, the second largest seaside resort on the island of Foehr. Here you will find a bakery, supermarket, hairdresser, bike rental and restaurants. It is about 300 meters to the Hedehusum natural beach and 1 km to the cultivated beach in Utersum. At this supervised beach you will find a surf school and board rentals for windsurfing, kite surfing and stand up paddling.
