Welcome to the Terminal Design Apartment! :-) Whether you're making a short pit stop before your flight, traveling on business or coming for any other reason - "feeling at home" is not just our name but also our program.

The special features of the apartment are the perfect location (just a stone's throw from Stuttgart city center, the gateway to the world [airport] or the trade fair in Echterdingen and at the same time surrounded by nature) the beautiful, inviting terrace the super-comfortable mattresses and simply the lovingly furnished interior

In our apartment you will find a cozy bedroom with a spacious 1.60m bed for restful slumber dreams on the super comfortable EMMA mattress and a single bed, of course also with an EMMA mattress. The apartment is designed for 3 adults (+ 1 baby). There is a 55 inch Smart TV including waipuTV for PayTV and numerous waipu movies & series. The jewel of the apartment is our new #petrolkitchen. Here you will find everything you need, e.g. Nespresso machine, oven or a dishwasher.

A cot can be provided free of charge on request, subject to availability. Commercial filming & photography only permitted on request and with written permission. Dogs allowed on request and under certain conditions.

Here are a few distances to important places: Stuttgart Airport: by car: approx. 15 minutes, by public transport: approx. 25-30 minutes. Stuttgart Trade Fair Center: by car: approx. 15 minutes, by public transportation: approx. 25-30 minutes. Stuttgart center: by car: approx. 25 minutes, by public transport to the main station: approx. 50 minutes. Böblingen main station: by car: approx. 15 minutes by public transportation: approx. 30 minutes. If you arrive by car, free parking spaces are available on the street in front of the building. Please note that these are limited to 2 hours until 7 pm. Alternatively, you can rent an underground parking space directly at the house. This costs just fifteen euros for the entire stay, plus a deposit of fifty euros for the key (which you will of course get back after your departure). Otherwise, you will find the magical Schönbuch (forest) right on our doorstep. Here you can spend hours walking and relaxing in nature. There is a beautiful reservoir not far away in Steinenbronn. If you park your car in the parking lot of the Sandäckerhalle, you can walk around the reservoir in about an hour. We are also in the middle part of the Siebenmühlental, where you can enjoy hiking and cycling on the well-developed federal hiking trail. Along the way, you can stop off at mills such as the Eselsmühle or the Burkardsmühle.
