Herrliche Aussicht, nahe der Seebrücke, trotzdem ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Haben uns trotz teilweise nicht so berauschendem Wetter sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundliche und nette Vermieter.
Problemloser Kontakt. Kann man nur empfehlen, kommen gerne wieder. Die langen Strandwanderungen haben uns besonders gefallen.

Schöne, saubere, ruhige Wohnung in hervorragender Lage mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht (Eisfach im Kühlschrank wäre aber nicht schlecht); auf dem Balkon mit unverbaubarem Blick schaut man auf die Salzwiesen oder beobachtet am Abend den Sonnenuntergang; PKW-Stellplatz am Haus; Strand, Therme, Restaurants (vielfältiges Angebot, für jeden Geschmack etwas), Bushaltestelle, Bäcker, Kaufmann und andere Läden fussläufig zu erreichen; wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung. Top Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Gut ausgestattet. Für mich persönlich fehlte ein Eisfach im Kühlschrank. Einstieg in die Dusche ziemlich hoch. Das war für uns o. K. Könnte aber für Ältere ein Problem sein. Parkplatz für Auto und Fahrräder vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft in SPO voll und ganz zufrieden. Die Lage, Ausstattung und die Ruhe haben uns sehr gefallen. Trotz der Nähe zu einem frequentierten Spielgelände könnten wir die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf die Salzwisen ausgiebig genießen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder nach SPO kommen.

Wir, ein Rentnerehepaar, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine günstige Lage, man ist schnell an der Seebrücke oder im Zentrum mit seinen zahlreichen Restaurants , Geschäften , an der Therme oder an
Bushaltestellen. Der Südwestbalkon bietet Aussicht und Sonne und wenn man lieber drinnen entspannen möchte , kann man sehr bequem im Wohnessraum sitzen oder im Schlafzimmer liegen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt.

in ein paar Fußminuten zu erreichen. Da keine Durchgangsstraße natürlich ganz ruhig gelegen. Der Blick auf die Strandpromenade, Salzwiesen u. in der
Ferne auf die Sandbank u. das Meer ist fantastisch.
Zur Wohnung: alles bestens, nur im Bad fehlten uns ein paar Haken für Waschlappen u. Bademantel u. ein kleiner Abfalleimer.
Wir, 2 Pers. (82 u. 70 Jahre) waren sehr zufrieden.

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung für ein paar entspannte Tage in St. Peter.
Sowohl der Strand als auch die Dünenterme mit großem Saunaangebot sind nicht weit entfernt.
Dazu sind in der Nähe einige sehr gute Restaurants, wie die Strandhütte oder Gosch, und wenn man einmal keine Lust hat die Wohnung zu verlassen kann man sich auch gut etwas in der Küche zubereiten.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert :)

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.

In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
