Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit super Lage. Eibsee in unmittelbarer Nähe und nach Neuschwanstein ist es auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Team bei der Schlüsselabholung war sehr freundlich.

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Lage direkt am See/Berge bot atemberaubende Ausblicke, und das Haus war sehr gepflegt. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was uns sofort wohlfühlen ließ. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das köstliche Essen in der Umgebung und die tolle Atmosphäre . Wir haben die Ruhe genossen, aber auch die vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, die angeboten wurden. Insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub, den wir jedem empfehlen können. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Eine sehr schöne, kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung, sie hat alles was man braucht. Bushaltestelle und Zugspitzbahn sind in der Nähe und man kommt somit schnell nach Garmisch oder zur Kreuzeckbahn, fußläufig ist der Badersee zu erreichen.

Eine kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung die genügend Platz für 2 Personen bietet. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird, alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ein Traum. Wir waren Mitte Oktober da, um ca. 10 Uhr kam die Sonne, einfach herrlich zum entspannen.

Ein tolles atmosphärisches Haus, das reichlich Privatssphäre für alle Parteien bietet
- ein toller Ort zum Entspannen und Füßehochlegen nach einer langen Wanderung.
Die Lage ist famos! Von der sonnigen Terasse aus hat man direkten Blick auf die Berge
Nicht weit entfernt fährt die berüchtigte Zugspitzbahn, die einem morgens den Wecker ersetzt
und einen einen neuen Tag voller Abenteuer nicht verschlafen lässt.
Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht - klein und schnuckelig - schafft einfach Atmosphäre
und beinhaltet ein extrem gemütliches Bett.
Grainau an sich ist ein bezauberndes Dörfli mit netten Leuten und toller Gastro.
Auch die Umgebung ist absolut sehenswert und bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmölichkeiten
- sei es für Familien oder einfach nur Sporbegeisterte.
Die An- und Abreise ist sehr unkompliziert und macht den spontanen Urlaub problemlos möglich.
Der hat sich gelohnt! Das war einfach nur toll!

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen vollkommen ausreichend, die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke und mit der Gästekarte kommt man kostenlos überall hin. Abends kann man von der Terrasse, die beleuchtete Zugspitze sehen.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick und einer schönen Terrasse. Viele Aktivitäten können ohne Nutzung von Verkehrsmitteln wahrgenommen werden, kurze Entfernung zur Zugspitze, Eibsee oder Badersee.

Der Frühstücksblick auf die Berge ist traumhaft.
Wir genossen die Vielfalt der Angebote der Gästekarte. Viele Ziele waren schnell und problemlos erreicht. Der Ort Grainau ist optimal auf Gäste eingestellt.

Eine kleine wunderschöne Wohnung für ein paar Tage Erholung die man auch mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Alpspitz / Zugspitze hat. Sehr ruhige Gegend was natürlich zur Erholung beiträgt. Sehr gute und erreichbare Ausflugziele die mit Ihrem eigenem Charme in Erinnerung bleiben. Zentral gelegen gerade was die Einkaufmöglichkeiten betrifft. Und ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das bequeme Bett garantiert um fit in den nächsten Tag zu starten.

Die Unterkunft ist eine sehr idyllische, gemütliche Wohnung mit einem super Blick auf die Berge.
Eine Reise ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Für zwei Personen und einen Hund reicht der Platz völlig und die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung mit Nähe zum Kurpark was auch sehr vorteilhaft ist.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
