Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir auch gerne selbst gekocht haben. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und vieles lässt sich fußläufig erreichen. Ein Tiefgarageplatz war ebenfalls vorhanden und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung in Erdgeschoss mit Ausblick auf den Dreitorspitz und die Olympiaschanze. Von hier kann man sehr gut zu Wanderungen starten und das Zentrum von Partenkirchen mit einigen schönen Restaurants ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir und der Hund haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Zudem ist sie relativ groß, man hat Platz, vor allem wenn ein Hund dabei ist. Die Lage ist recht zentral, zum Ortskern Partenkirchen sind es nur wenige Minuten. Auch zum Skistadion ist es nur ein Fußweg von 10 Minuten.
Optimal ist der kleine eingezäunte Garten für Hundebesitzer. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, Ideal für Reisende mit Hund. Schöne Terrasse und ebenerdiger Ausgang im Garten zur schnellen Runde mit dem Hund.

Top moderne und geräumige Wohnung, perfekt ausgestattet. Top Lage, um Wanderungen zu machen. Vielen Dank, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind.

Die Fewo war einfach "Spitze"!! Wir haben dort eine Woche bei traumhaften Winterwetter verbringen dürfen. Unsere Wohnungskatze hat sich dort auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders haben wir uns über den Tiefgaragenplatz gefreut: Kein Freischaufeln des PKWs.

Vielen Dank das wir mit unserem karelischen Bärenhund in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung bereits zum 2. Mal unserer Urlaub verbringen durften. Im wunderschönen Partenkirchener Stadteil gelegene, moderne und funktionell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung haben wir uns sauwohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage, sowie der kleine Garten und der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz lassen keine Wünsche offen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall dieses Jahr im Herbst wieder ;-).

Sehr schön gelegenes Appartment. Sehr sauber, modern und alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Wir haben nichts vermisst und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Speziell mit Kind und Hund war das Appartment perfekt.
Leider konnten wir die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen wegen der Einfahrthöhe - da die Straße aber eher ruhig gelegen ist und kaum befahren ist, konnten wir ganz entspannt mit dem Bulli direkt vor der Tür parken.

Eine tolle Wohnung, perfekt mit der Terrasse und dem Ausblick Richtung Eckbauer.
Da wir Ebikes dabei hatten vor allem mit der Tiefgarage und dem separaten Keller mehr als optimal. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch prima, uns fehlte nichts.

Für uns eine tolle Wohnung mit allem eingerichtet und ausgestattet was man braucht und mehr, Sauberkeit war super. Die Lage ist auch super als Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderung und schlendern in der Ludwigstraße.

Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
