NOTES on the prices
Included in the price; WiFi, fast internet, water, electricity with normal consumption (30Kwh per day) TV channels, parking space.
Price is excl.; bed linen, towels and dog stay. You can book these things additionally with your reservation.
You are obliged to pay the final cleaning and deposit no later than with the final payment. After your stay, you will receive the deposit back if everything is in order. Any damage and excess electricity consumption (> 30Kwh/day x rental days at € 0.50/Kwh) will be deducted from the deposit. Regarding cleaning, you are expected to leave the house as it was handed over.
PAYMENT
50% of the rental price is due within 5 days of receiving our confirmation of your reservation request. The remaining rental price + deposit and final cleaning are due no later than 30 days before arrival:
WITHOUT CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO YOUR RESERVATION:
CANCELLATION FEES;
Free cancellation: up to 5 days after receiving confirmation.
5 days after receiving confirmation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price;
30 days or less before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price, your deposit and cleaning costs will be refunded.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival and departure are possible on all days except during the Christmas holidays, in high season & Christmas holidays the minimum rental period is 7 nights. In low season the length of stay is at least 3 nights.
Arrival between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Departure before 10:00 a.m.

Our house is not handicapped accessible for the following reasons: a staircase with 5 steps in the house and is also NOT suitable for youth groups. Min. age of the main tenant 25 years.
Our house is a HOLIDAY HOME in a holiday park, not a fitters' accommodation, renting as fitters' accommodation is therefore not possible.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house, including taking drugs; CANNABIS; ETC. IS PROHIBITED: In case of violation, your deposit will be forfeited due to the additional cleaning costs and any additional costs will be collected from you. IT IS PROHIBITED TO CHARGE YOUR ELECTRIC CAR THROUGH OUR SOCKET.
