The house is situated in a very quiet but central location in the second row of a holiday home settlement (no through traffic!).
The garden is surrounded by greenery, so that you can always find a place in the sun or in the shade.
Of course, patio furniture as well as garden furniture for the terrace as well as for the summer garden are at your disposal.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the kitchen, the combined spacious living and dining room as well as two bathrooms (1x shower, WC and washbasin / 1x WC and washbasin).
On the upper floor you will find the three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed. The other two rooms are equipped with two and one with a single bed respectively, whereby the single room is a passage room to the double bedroom.
