We have made every effort to furnish the apartment as homely and comfortable as possible to make your stay in our apartment as pleasant as possible.
In the spring of 2020, new flooring was laid throughout the apartment, the living and dining room was redesigned with new furniture, the walls were partially redesigned, the doors were replaced and the bedrooms were furnished with new furniture.
The apartment has a floor in wood look. The apartment is bright and modern furnished. The living room is furnished with oak furniture in industrial style and a leather sofa.
The dining table in oak is extendable and offers enough space for 8 persons.

The kitchen is kept modern and offers everything your heart desires, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, carafe and of course all kitchen utensils you need.
Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The attic room has two single beds and a comfortable sofa bed with a slatted frame and a 12 cm thick mattress made of highly elastic cold foam, which provides comfortable support and forms a smooth lying surface without annoying gaps.
For the "Lüdden" (as they say here in the north) we of course also have a high chair and a separate cot available.
Washing machine and dryer are located in the bathroom.
Two bedrooms and the living room are equipped with a television. These Smart TVs are more than just television: Whether your favourite clips on YouTube, TV series from different media libraries. With your access data you can watch movies from Netflix, Amazon Video, Maxdome. In the living room you will also find a DVD/ Blueray player. In the leisure room in the basement, you will find a large selection of DVDs and Bluerays at your disposal. You decide what and when you want to watch it.
A telephone (with counter) is located in the hallway of the House. A free WLAN internet connection is also available.
A storage room for bicycles, for example, is available for you if its needed.
In good weather you can safely leave your barbecue at home, on the roof terrace there is a large grill available.
