This spacy holiday flat stays away from any noice and is still only about 350m from the nearest beach. It is very well equipped, very bright and offers a sauna without additional costs and free wireless internet access. It is children and family friendly.

The flat is non-smoking (smoking only allowed on the balcony or outside) and not for pets. The living room has floor tiles, sleeping and children's room have laminate, the roof floor has carpet. Free wireless internet available. Towels and bed linen are not included in the price, but can be rented against extra fee from our housekeeper in town. We are not charging any extras for use of the sauna.

The flat is on the second floor of a house within a holiday resort. Its high dormers and the orientation towards the South make the flat bright and sun flooded beyond average. The centre of the flat is formed by the combined living and dining room. Comfortable sofas and an armchair provide a cosy atmosphere for evening chats, reading or watching TV (radio/CD and DVD player are also present). The living room offers ample space for children to play. The dining table is joint by 5 chairs (2 more are in the children's room) for you and your guests and for having a perfect dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, micro wave, oven, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, among others. The friendly sleeping room with a double bed and the children's room with a single and a bunk bed are adding to the comfort of the flat. A wooden staircase leads from the entrance hall to the upper roof floor. Here you will find a sauna with sufficient space for two people lying. For resting afterwards or to be used as additional sleeping place there is another 1.40 m wide bed. The upper floor with its carpet may as well be used as playground by children or you may use the table there for your work. In the bathroom you will find shower, WC and bathtub, all well maintained and practical. On the small balcony you can enjoy the far view, the quietness and the sun. The large lawn behind the house can be used by anybody in the resort. Your car can be parked at a dedicated space just near the entrance. The free wireless internet access will help to keep up with your contacts and is the basis for excellent working conditions. The flat is centrally heated and offers high comfort throughout the year.

Bikes for tours through the beautiful countryside can be rented at low cost at various places in town.

The flat is located in a very quiet access road without any through traffic. Via the nearby Fritz-Reuter-Weg you can reach the next beach within minutes by foot. The steep coast towards the Travemunde Bay as well as the pier into the sea near the town centre are within close reach. Those who like a more extensive walk, can stroll along the beach to the "Weiße Wiek" with its harbour. Or you take a bike ride through the beautiful countryside on nice separate lanes or along the pathways. Excellent opportunities for shopping and perfect dining are all in walking distance. From the flat you can enjoy a beautiful view across fields to the old windmill in neighbouring Klütz. In the village, which is also a spa resort, and in the closer vicinity are numerous gastronomical options throughout the whole year. You can reach the city of Wismar from Boltenhagen after a ride of about 20 km, and the also charming and historical city of Lübeck after about 35 km.
