Das Zimmer was man nicht ab Dunkeln kann, dort waren leider die Matratzen durch gelegen.
Diese sollte man austauschen.
Ansonsten Top Unterkunft.

Das Haus ist für eine Familien sehr gut geeignet.
Soweit war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Da wir sehr mit Mücken zu kämpfen hatten, wäre sehr ratsam einen Insektenschutz an den Fenstern anzubringen.

Es war wie immer ein Traum und wir sind sehr gern bei euch auf der Insel.
Diesmal gab es ein kleines Manko/Vorschlag: die Fenster zur Straßenseite könnten eine deutlich dunklere Markise/Jalousie vertragen, da es (durch die Straßenlaternen bzw. Sonne) doch recht hell in den Schlafzimmern ist (insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern immer ein Drahtseilakt wegen Helligkeit) ;-)

Das Haus ist sehr schön, groß und praktisch eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich den umzäunten Garten. Auch für unseren Hund, der ein wahrer Ausbrecherkönig ist, gab es keine Chance zu entkommen . Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Urlaub und wir hatten mit dem Wetter Glück..Ein sehr Hunde freundlicher Ort mit tollem Hundestrand wir kommen gerne wieder ...im Haus könnten die Fernseher etwas größer sein ..im Schlafzimmer..ist aber nicht unbedingt ein Kriterium ansonsten ist das Haus toll und alles da was man braucht..Wir fahren sonst immer nach Dänemark aber es hat uns auf der Insel Poel auch sehr gut gefallen

Der Urlaub war einfach toll. Das Haus war sehr sauber und wir konnten uns bei den zwei kleinen Problemen jederzeit an den PAS- Service wenden. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend.
Weitere Lobe werden wir nicht vergeben, dann fahren viel zu viele Menschen auf die Insel Poel. :-)
Es ist uns selten so schwer gefallen, nach hause zu fahren.
Vielen lieben Dank und wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Sehr schön ausgestattetes Haus, vorallem was die Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder betraf.
Das Haus wirkt sauber, nur müsste auch mal unter der Couch gesaugt werden. Das fiel uns nur auf, weil der Ball meines Enkels desöfteren, darunter rollte.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ich war begeister, von der Freundlichkeit und Unkomplitziertheit im Kontakt mit Ihnen, sei es per Telefon oder persönlich.
Ein Hinweis, das Parkett rund um den Esstisch sieht böse zerkratzt aus, weil die Filzgleiter unter den Stühlen total verschlissen sind. Die sollten erneuert werden, dam it es nicht noch schlimmer wird.

In den Schlafzimmern im FH kann man die Fenster nicht abdunkeln, es ist sehr hell bei Tageslicht.
Es war auch schade das Gaststätten und Einrichtungen von Poel die Saison schon beendet hatten.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir sagen auf jeden Fall, bis bald.

Wir haben uns auf der Insel Poel richtig wohl gefühlt. Nichts überlaufen und nicht so kommerziell. Hoffentlich bewahren sich die Poeler dieses Gut! Das Haus war toll, jedoch sind die Fernseher in den beiden Zimmern im OG wohl nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Gefehlt hat uns nur eine wirkliche Verdunklungsmöglichkeit an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern. Ansonsten war es toll im Haus.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Yes, but please note that in case of a cancellation by the tenant the landlord might charge a cancellation fee. This applies in general when a rental contract has been already concluded bindingly.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. Alternatively, you can use the availability calendar right below the rental prices by clicking on the dates. Afterwards you enter the number of guests and, if necessary, select optional additional services. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. Once you have made a binding booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation via e-mail. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check also your spam folder. You will also receive the contact details of the landlord and the property address via e-mail as soon as we determine the payment receipt on our bank account.
If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.
You find the information about the floor right below the pictures of the accommodation at the top of this page.
Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord via phone or the contact form on this page. If no exception can be made, the minimum stay for this accommodation has to be respected.
