Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der Blick auf's Meer und Bremerhaven. Auf den zwei Balkonen ist Sonne von morgens bis abends. Die Anlage ist schön ruhig.

Wir waren zum wiederholten mal in der Anlage, in der 27-19 zum zweiten mal. Die Lage und Aussicht sind super, die Wohnung selbst kommt so langsam in die Jahre....
Ausstattung: Betten und Sofa haben ihre Lebensdauer erreicht. Anders kann man den Zustand der Matratzen und des Sofas nicht beschreiben. Der wackelige und durchgesessene Ikea Sessel ist dann auch kein Ersatz. Der Fernseher ist mit der vorhandenen (defekten?) Fernbedienung kaum benutzbar, daran ändert auch nicht das Vorhandensein von 2 "Ersatz"-Batterien und einer nicht programmierten Universalfernbedienung.
Sauberkeit / Hygiene: Grundsätzlich sauber, aber die Deko sollte in die Reinigung einbezogen werden. Der lose Teppich allerdings war nicht "barfußtauglich". Die Dusche mit den schwarzen Fliesen zeigt mittlerweile stärkere Gebrauchsspuren. Silikonfugen sind gerissen, die beiden Lüfter (Toilette, Dusche) funktionieren nicht.
Fazit: Schöne Wohnung mit Abstrichen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen im Objekt unterdurchschnittlich.

Die FeWo 27-19 ist sehr schön groß und mit viel Geschmack ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über unwahrscheinlich viel Stauraum durch große Einbauschränke im Flur und Schlafraum. Zum Schiffe schauen bietet die Whg eine hervorragende Lage. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir im Schuppen gut abstellen, da gerade nicht viele Gäste Fahrräder dabei hatten. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Bahnhof von Wremen ist von der Whg fußläufig in gut 30 Min zu erreichen, es lohnen sich Ausflüge nach Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven und Bremen auch mit den Öffentlichen. Im Ort ist der Besuch der "Museumsinsel" und der kleinen Kirche sehr zu empfehlen! Das Café Dahl ist für Liebhaber von Süßem ein Muss, zumal der Garten ein wahres Blumenparadies ist.(WE empfehlen wir Reservierung) Mittwochs bietet die im Ehrenamt betriebene "Grille" frisch Gezapftes und Gegrilltes
bei Livemusik.
Manko- Fliesen in der Dusche sind bei Nässe sehr rutschig (Unfallgefahr), auf den Balkonen fehlte uns ein Sonnenschutz, während unseres Aufenthaltes war ein Balkon wg Malerarbeiten für eine Woche nicht nutzbar, wir hätten uns eine Info durch die Gästebetreuung schon bei der Schlüsselübergabe gewünscht. Bzgl.der Sauberkeit bemängeln wir, dass Wohnungstür und Schranktüren die Händeabdrücke der Vormieter noch zeigten, die Kaffeemaschine erste Schimmelspuren zeigte und der Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach nicht abgebaut war.

Besonders hat uns der Wunderbare Ausblick und die Sauna gefallen. Die zwei wunderschönen Balkone waren leider sehr sparsam möbliert.
Die in die Jahre gekommenen unbequemen Wohnzimmermöbel ermöglichten leider kein gemütliches Sitzen . Für die im Herbst und Winter anreisenden Gäste wäre ein Austauschen des Fernsehers sicher ein großer Gewinn.
Trotz allem haben wir uns in Wremen sehr wohlgefühlt und werden irgendwann wieder dort ein paar Tage verbringen.

We distinguish between two booking types on our website. The landlord decides which type of booking he likes to offer, so that only one is possible per accommodation. You can see the valid booking type on the right side of the property listing under the price per night.
Properties with Enquiry Booking: To book an accommodation please contact the landlord by phone or via the contact form on the property listing. It is impossible to book such properties directly online on our website.
Properties with Online Booking: To book an accommodation directly and bindingly online, please enter your travel period, the number of guests and calculate the valid price. Afterwards, please complete the booking form in three easy steps. Alternatively, you can also use our telephone booking service.
Basically, the accommodation has to be vacant in your requested travel period. Furthermore, the conditions, such as max. number of guests, the minimum stay, the valid arrival and departure days have to be observed.
Please note: The rental contract is always concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Travanto is just the intermediary.
In general, you are able to rent the accommodation, if your travel period is marked as vacant in the availability calendar. You can find the calendar nearly at the end of the property listing.
If a rental price can be calculated, a booking of the property is possible in your requested travel period. For further information about where and how you can calculate the rental price, please read the answer to question no. 6.
There might be vacant periods which you are unable to book. Please see question no. 16 for more information.

Please specify your arrival and departure dates by typing them in directly or using the calendar on the right side of this page. You receive the total rental price now, which includes at least the total accommodation price including the final cleaning. If there are only 5 days between the booking and the arrival date, you will immediately receive the contact details of the landlord and the address of the accommodation via e-mail. In the case you booked an accommodation of our cooperation partners, you will immediately receive the booking confirmation as well as the contact details of the landlord and the property address. Please note our payment modalities and conditions at any time (see question no. 4).
In general it is impossible to exceed the maximum number of guests. Not even if you organise more sleeping facilities by yourself. Children, regardless of age, are considered as a guest. The indicated rental price is only valid for the maximum possible number of guests.
Some properties offer special rates for children. You can recognize those accommodations, if you are asked about the amount and the age of the travelling children in the price calculation. If this is not the case, the stated prices apply to all guests (regardless of age).
You can see the location of your accommodation on a map in the "Location" section on this page. Right below this map, you will find distances to interesting places e.g. city center, beach, ski lift or the next shopping possibility. Furthermore, an individual text written by the landlord gives you more information about your holiday destination.

Whether you can bring your pets or not, please read the information in the "Features" section on this page. In general, the term "Pets not allowed" means that it is not permitted to bring any kind of pets at all.
You find the check-in and check-out times under "General Information" in the "Property description" section on this page, if the landlord has entered these information. Deviations from this regulation can be discussed individually. If your arrival/departure has to be very early/late, we will gladly clarify this with the landlord, if the accommodation is only bookable online. If you chose a property with Enquiry Booking, please contact the landlord directly about this issue.
The key handover and return has to be clarified directly with the landlord. Please see question no. 18 to learn more about how and when you can contact your landlord.
There may be various reasons for this:
Your travel period undercuts the given minimum stay.
Your desired date of arrival/departure is impossible according to the landlord's settings.
A gap in the calendar is impossible to rent, if it undercuts the minimum stay, e.g. A gap of three nights is not bookable, if the given minimum stay is five nights.
You cannot book an accommodation, if your desired travel period causes a gap which is lower than the minimum stay.
Your requested arrival date is too short-term.
Since some of our accommodations are from cooperation partners, it is possible that the given data may not be up-to-date. In this case your desired travel period may be no longer available in the price calculation.
In this case your desired travel period is not bookable. You can extend your stay, if this is an option for you or you search for another accommodation with an appropriate minimum stay.
