The apartment Waldblick belongs to our holiday farm in the middle of the Sauerland.
A farm that will remain in your memory through its many stories and anecdotes and whose inhabitants can look back on a very long history.
We are especially looking forward to hikers who come to visit us with their four-legged friends.
A holiday with a dog in the Sauerland is as possible with us, as the discovery of the Sauerland by bike.

living room

Living room and kitchen are ideally combined in an open living concept.
The beamed ceilings and traditional furnishings will quickly make you feel at home.
And although the main house is over 250 years old, you do not have to sacrifice comfort here.
If the weather is not so nice, you can spend relaxing hours.
This is ensured by the open Wi-Fi, the flat-screen TV with satellite channels and the cozy sofa.

bedroom

Do you like to travel alone?
Or rather spend with family or friends a holiday in the apartment.
At 75 square meters you have endless possibilities to spend a relaxing stay.
This includes the two fully equipped bedrooms.
One is equipped with two single beds and the other bedroom has three single beds.
Thus, the privacy is maintained and you will find a restful sleep at night and the next morning strengthened to start an eventful day.
Two bedrooms are also suitable for separate sleepers, who often shy away from holidays due to lack of sleep.

kitchen

Do you like to have breakfast in the kitchen?
Or rather in the living room?
Or do you like to be tickled by the sunshine in the early morning with a good cup of coffee on the porch?
You have to choose the place where you want to start your day.
We have provided everything you need to prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen.
These include crockery, cutlery, electrical appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, microwave and kettle.
In the kitchenette with stove and oven is also a dishwasher integrated.

A refreshing shower after a busy day. In our large spa you can relax.
 Again, the country house concept of the whole house continues.
The towel dryer provides cuddly warm bath towels.
The modern shower has an adjustable jet of water.
Bright, spacious and flooded with light, your bathroom will become your very own oasis of well-being in the Sauerland region.

If you visit us in the summer, the Karl May Festival of the Elspe Festival may not be missing on your excursion list.
Due to the location of the agriturismo there are a variety of excursion possibilities.
Discover the long-distance hiking trail Rothaarsteig or explore the surrounding area on foot.
Hikers will find here for all levels of difficulty the appropriate trail. Between your tours you can make small trips to the numerous museums in the area to get to know the country and its people and the varied history of the Sauerland.
On warm days, a visit to the Sauerland bath Bad Fredeburg invites, in winter, the ski resort Olpe-Fahlenscheid is only 15 kilometers away.

Our apartment Waldblick is located directly in the main house of the farmstead.
Here, the name speaks for itself.
From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the forest and with a little luck, you can even in the early morning hours or at dusk watching a game.
The veranda, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, invites you to relax and unwind.

In all our prices the additional costs and the final cleaning are already included.
The bed linen, towels and tea towels are already included in the price.
For children from 0 to 6 years, accompanied by 2 adults, there is no charge.
For children from 6 to 12 years, the price of the room is 5.00Euro per night in the company of 2 adults.
Dogs are welcome.
We charge 8,00 Euro per night for 1 dog.
In our apartments we accommodate at most up to 2 dogs.
When booking a deposit of 20.00% (but at least 50.00 €) of the total price.

Here you can spend a relaxing holiday with your dog.
You can let your dog run free in the meadow and make beautiful walks with her dear dog every day.
There may be up to 2 dogs in the apartment Waldblick.
For 1 dog we charge 8.00 Euro per night.
The property is not fenced.
The beautiful Melbecketal is a paradise for a holiday with a dog.

In winter, a holiday on our farm is something very special.
When the area is covered in snow you feel really good.
When the weather is nice you can sit on the terrace with a hot drink so well.
Directly at the Ferienhof there is a sledge hill where you can let off steam with the sled.
In about 18km away there is the first ski area with a lift where you can ski and with the sled down the slope can.
In about 30km away Schmallenberg start the next ski areas.
Holidays in the winter also for connoisseurs.

On our holiday farm we have 2 dear ponies Silvi and Pino and our dear dog Ronja.
In addition, there are many games and lots of space in the yard so that the kids can really romp.
In the village there are 2 riding companies with Icelandic horses where they can take riding lessons.
In the area there are some destinations we highly recommend.
Furthermore, there are very good hiking trails and bike paths for hiking and cycling invite.
