The quiet holiday apartment, furnished in a modern country house style, warmly welcomes up to 3 guests! It is a great starting point for many activities around the fairytale Harz.

Washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee (coin-operated machine) in the basement of the property.
Bed linen, towels and WiFi are free of charge.
Villa Mara also offers a wallbox.

In the adjacent bedroom there is a double bed (2.00x2.00m) with an integrated motion night light and oversized duvets (1.50x2.00). There is also another flat-screen satellite TV available.
The kitchen has a large refrigerator and... Freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, food processors leave nothing to be desired. There is also a filter coffee machine and capsule coffee machine.
The large bathroom with sink, drawer cabinet with hairdryer and upper mirror cabinet, large shower and a separate toilet completes the overall picture.

The holiday apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. In order to be able to prepare this for subsequent guests, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Hand or Tea towels and bed linen are included. Beds are made upon your arrival.
Upon request, we can provide you with a travel cot and a high chair.

The Piana holiday apartment, located on the first floor, is located in a classicist, romantic villa on the fairytale edge of the forest with a spacious garden. It is an ideal starting point to discover many sights in the fairytale Harz. The adjacent landscape protection area offers many hiking trails and cross-country ski trails.
Within walking distance you can reach the leisure and adventure pool with indoor and outdoor leisure pools, wave pool and slides, wellness area with saunas and treatment rooms.
You can reach the city with its national, well-known shopping boulevard and numerous shopping opportunities as well as attractive restaurants through the large spa park of Bad Lauterberg.

Tourist tax must be paid at the property upon arrival.
On the day of your arrival, our holiday apartment is available to you from 3 p.m.
To collect the keys, please contact your host half an hour before your arrival at the property.
In order to be able to prepare the holiday apartment for subsequent guests, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Bed and table linen as well as towels and tea towels are included.
An initial supply of dishwashing liquid, tabs, toilet paper and hand soap is available.
WiFi and a parking space (directly at the house) are available to you free of charge during your stay.
